Resilience Psychology Center is a fictional trauma recovery practice grounded in the belief that healing is a collaborative, evidence-based process. We provide compassionate, individualized care for clients navigating post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and the long aftermath of significant life events.
This educational case study follows a single fictional client — referred to as Mr. L — through diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, and the slow architecture of recovery. All identifying details have been generalized to protect client confidentiality.
